We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the construction industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry
