We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry and possess strong administrative skills to support our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients and healthcare providers
- Manage and maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Handle incoming calls and emails, and provide information to patients and staff
- Assist with billing and insurance processing
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
