We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Manager to oversee and manage all agricultural operations within our Aerospace and Defense company based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agricultural strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee all agricultural activities, including crop production, livestock management, and pest control.
- Monitor and analyze agricultural trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize agricultural processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all agricultural regulations and standards set by local authorities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders in the agricultural industry.
- Manage budgets and financial resources related to agricultural operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural management.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and agricultural software.
