We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Art Gallery Manager to oversee the operations of our prestigious art gallery in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for art and a strong background in arts management or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and revenue for the gallery
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the gallery, including scheduling, budgeting, and staff supervision
- Curate and coordinate exhibitions, ensuring high-quality curation and installation
- Build and maintain relationships with artists, collectors, and other stakeholders in the art community
- Oversee marketing and promotional efforts to attract a diverse audience
- Manage the gallery's inventory, including acquisitions, appraisals, and sales
- Collaborate with educational institutions to develop and implement art education programs
- Stay current on trends in the art world and make recommendations for future exhibitions and acquisitions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art History, Arts Management, or related field

- Strong knowledge of the art market and contemporary art practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful exhibition curation and sales
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
