We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Art Gallery Manager to oversee our Aerospace and Defense-focused art gallery in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both art and the aerospace industry, with a keen eye for curating exhibitions that showcase the intersection of these two fields.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the gallery that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Curate exhibitions that highlight the connection between art and aerospace, showcasing works from both established and emerging artists
- Manage the gallery's day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff, handling sales, and maintaining relationships with artists and collectors
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, including aerospace companies, defense contractors, and government agencies
- Plan and execute special events, such as artist talks, workshops, and VIP previews
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote exhibitions and events through various channels, including social media, press releases, and partnerships
- Manage the gallery's budget and financial performance, ensuring that revenue targets are met
- Stay up-to-date on trends in the art world and the aerospace industry, and use this knowledge to inform the gallery's programming

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art History, Arts Management, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a gallery or museum setting
- Strong knowledge of contemporary art and the aerospace industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with artists, collectors, and industry partners
- Proven track record of curating successful exhibitions and managing gallery operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and art gallery management software
