Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team in the energy sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions that optimize energy production, enhance efficiency, and contribute to sustainable energy practices. Key Responsibilities:

- AI Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to analyze large datasets related to energy consumption, production, and distribution.
- Data Analysis: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to gather, preprocess, and analyze data from various sources, including IoT devices, sensors, and historical databases.
- Predictive Modeling: Create predictive models to forecast energy demands, optimize resource allocation, and improve operational efficiency.
- Automation Solutions: Develop AI-driven automation solutions for energy management systems that enable real-time monitoring and decision-making.
- Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, and explore innovative applications in the energy sector.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and energy analysts, to deliver integrated AI solutions.
- Performance Evaluation: Implement performance metrics and validation techniques to ensure the robustness and accuracy of AI models.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical documentation and present findings to stakeholders, including management and other technical teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data analytics, preferably within the energy sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, along with experience in AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of energy systems, renewable energy technologies, and energy management practices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
