We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Purchasing Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Assistant Purchasing Manager will work closely with the Purchasing Manager to ensure that all retail purchasing activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Purchasing Manager in sourcing and procuring products from suppliers
- Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to make informed purchasing decisions
- Assist in developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes
- Train and supervise purchasing team members
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in purchasing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with retail purchasing processes and systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
