We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Purchasing Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Purchasing Manager in the procurement of goods and services for our pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to develop and implement procurement strategies
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyze market trends and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
- Assist in developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- [X] years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
