We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Information Technology store in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong background in retail management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in creating visual merchandising displays to showcase products effectively
- Analyze sales data and provide feedback to the Store Manager on performance and trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the Information Technology sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Knowledge of current technology trends and products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
