Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Dubai's vibrant financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving sales performance. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Support: Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Help in maintaining a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency.

- Sales Management: Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

- Customer Experience: Foster an environment focused on customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.

- Team Leadership: Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising store staff. Promote a collaborative team environment that encourages staff development and performance excellence.

- Inventory Management: Help manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and ensure the availability of financial products and services. Assist in the ordering and replenishment of stock as needed.

- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to maintain a compliant and competitive store operation.

- Reporting and Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales reports, customer feedback, and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the Store Manager for strategic decision-making.

- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain an attractive and organized store layout. Ensure that promotional materials and financial product displays are effectively presented to maximize customer engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with retail management software.
