Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai's telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager in driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about technology and telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Management: Assist in achieving store sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement.

- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all customers receive outstanding service by providing an engaging, knowledgeable, and efficient shopping experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

- Team Leadership: Support the recruitment, training, and development of store staff. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.

- Operational Support: Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for the Store Manager. Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

- Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute in-store promotions and events that drive customer engagement and sales.

- Store Presentation: Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-organized. Maintain a clean and inviting shopping environment that reflects the brand's image.

- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for both staff and customers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and current market trends is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
