We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Dubai, with a focus on the construction industry. The Audit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all audit activities within the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute audit engagements for construction projects, including financial, operational, and compliance audits
- Develop audit programs and testing procedures to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports to identify potential areas of risk or improvement
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor and follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, or other relevant professional certification preferred

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
