We are currently seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Audit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall audit process within our retail company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, accounting, and retail operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Conduct regular audits of financial records, inventory, and operational procedures
- Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to management
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports
- Manage a team of audit professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact the audit process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (CPA, CIA, CISA) is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and audit software
