Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Automotive Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the intersection of automotive engineering and pharmaceutical applications. This unique role requires a blend of automotive design, manufacturing processes, and pharmaceutical knowledge, focusing on the development and optimization of transportation solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Development: Lead the design and development of specialized automotive vehicles for the safe and efficient transport of pharmaceutical products. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance to integrate automotive engineering solutions with pharmaceutical product requirements.

- Systems Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced technologies such as temperature control systems, GPS tracking, and automated inventory management into automotive designs to enhance the transport of sensitive pharmaceutical products.

- Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of automotive systems to ensure they meet pharmaceutical industry standards for safety, reliability, and performance.

- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and processes comply with local and international automotive and pharmaceutical regulations, including those set by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention and other relevant authorities.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in vehicle design and manufacturing processes, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, testing protocols, and user manuals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of experience in automotive engineering, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of automotive design principles, manufacturing processes, and quality control methodologies.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical logistics, including regulatory requirements for the transportation of sensitive products.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
