Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Banker to join our dynamic team in the education sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial services within the educational context, providing tailored banking solutions to students, educational institutions, and related stakeholders. This role will involve a blend of customer service, financial advisory, and relationship management to support our clients in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for banking services and financial advice.

- Financial Products and Services: Promote and explain banking products tailored for the education sector, including student loans, savings accounts, scholarships, and investment opportunities. Provide guidance on eligibility, application processes, and repayment options.

- Financial Advisory: Conduct financial assessments to understand clients' needs and offer customized banking solutions. Provide expert advice on budgeting, saving for education, and managing student debt.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for all financial transactions related to the education sector.

- Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends and developments in the education sector. Analyze competitors’ offerings and identify opportunities for new banking products or enhancements to existing services.

- Sales and Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively seeking new clients and developing business opportunities. Participate in outreach programs, community events, and educational fairs to promote banking services.

- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales performance, and market trends. Use data to inform strategic decisions and improve service delivery.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in various departments, including marketing, risk management, and customer service, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related sector, with a focus on the education industry being highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services relevant to the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
