We are seeking a skilled Benefits Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the telecommunications industry. The Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for administering and coordinating employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with inquiries or issues
- Coordinate open enrollment processes and assist with new hire onboarding
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to benefits administration
- Work closely with vendors and insurance providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to benefits programs
- Assist with benefits-related training for employees and managers as needed
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in benefits administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
