We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry and a strong understanding of employee benefits programs.
Responsibilities:
- Administer all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
- Communicate with employees to educate them on their benefits options and assist with any questions or issues
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of benefits to employees
- Manage the enrollment process for new hires and changes for existing employees
- Stay up to date on changes in benefits regulations and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
- Assist with the development and implementation of new benefits programs as needed
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure seamless delivery of benefits to employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
