We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Captain to join our healthcare team based in Ajman. The Boat Captain will be responsible for operating and navigating a boat to transport patients and medical staff to and from various healthcare facilities in the area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and navigate the boat to transport patients, medical staff, and supplies to and from healthcare facilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers on board
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the boat
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with passengers and crew members

Requirements:
- Valid Boat Captain license
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience as a Boat Captain
- Strong knowledge of navigation and maritime regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
