We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our agricultural facilities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building management, with a focus on agricultural structures and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the agricultural buildings, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of the buildings and equipment.
- Monitor building systems, such as HVAC, irrigation, and lighting, to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
- Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain budgets for building maintenance and repair projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
