We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facilities in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building management, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of building operations, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement energy management strategies to reduce the building's carbon footprint and operating costs
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify any maintenance or safety issues
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Oversee the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
- Prepare and manage the building's operating budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the building's performance and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
