We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our transportation and logistics facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the building, including maintenance, safety, security, and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for the building, including regular inspections and repairs
- Manage all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety
- Oversee building security measures, including access control and surveillance systems
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and codes, including health and safety requirements
- Manage vendor relationships for maintenance and repairs, including negotiating contracts and overseeing work quality
- Develop and manage the building budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff and contractors, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of building facilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage a team and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to building management
