We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property maintenance and operations, including building repairs, renovations, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures to ensure efficient building operations
- Supervise onsite staff, including maintenance technicians, security personnel, and cleaning crews
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to property management
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for the timely completion of maintenance and repair projects
- Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify any issues or areas in need of improvement
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and manage the property budget, including forecasting expenses and tracking financial performance
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, expenses, and tenant communications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in the Dubai real estate market
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Familiarity with local property laws and regulations
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite
