We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Program Operations Manager to join our pharmaceutical company based in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center program, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement call center strategies and initiatives to improve overall performance and achieve business goals.
- Manage a team of call center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity.
- Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication between call center operations and other business functions.
- Implement training programs for call center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical products and services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
