We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Program Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center operations, particularly within the education sector.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center program, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
- Train, coach, and mentor call center staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement innovative solutions to enhance operations
- Prepare reports and presentations on call center performance for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in call center operations, with a focus on the education sector preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving performance targets
- Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office suite
