We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Program Operations Manager to join our healthcare organization in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center program, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor call center performance metrics, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs for call center staff to ensure high quality customer service
- Manage a team of call center agents, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and coaching
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center operations, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of call center software and technology
