We are seeking a motivated and experienced Career Advisor to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals navigate their career paths and achieve their professional goals within the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to students and professionals seeking guidance in the consumer goods industry
- Conduct assessments to help individuals identify their strengths, interests, and career goals
- Develop personalized career plans and strategies for each individual based on their unique circumstances
- Assist individuals in creating resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles that effectively showcase their skills and experience
- Research and stay up-to-date on trends and opportunities within the consumer goods industry
- Collaborate with employers and industry professionals to facilitate networking opportunities and job placements for clients
- Host workshops and seminars on topics such as job search strategies, interview preparation, and professional development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress towards goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in career advising or related field
- Strong understanding of the consumer goods industry and its various career paths
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients, including students, entry-level professionals, and experienced executives
- Knowledge of career assessment tools and resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Certification in career counseling or related field is a plus
