We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Career Advisor to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in the field of Information Technology. As a Career Advisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students and professionals looking to advance their careers in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with students and professionals to assess their skills, interests, and career goals
- Develop personalized career plans and provide guidance on educational and professional development opportunities
- Assist individuals in creating resumes, cover letters, and professional profiles to enhance their job search efforts
- Conduct workshops and seminars on career-related topics, such as job search strategies, networking, and interview preparation
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in the IT industry to provide relevant and timely advice to clients
- Collaborate with employers and industry partners to identify job opportunities and connect qualified candidates with potential employers
- Track and evaluate the success of career counseling services and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
