We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Career Advisor to join our team in Sharjah, with a focus on the healthcare industry. As a Career Advisor, you will be responsible for providing career guidance and support to individuals pursuing careers in the healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with students and professionals in the healthcare industry
- Assist clients in identifying their career goals and developing a personalized career plan
- Provide information on educational programs, training opportunities, and certification requirements in the healthcare field
- Offer guidance on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation
- Collaborate with employers, educational institutions, and industry professionals to stay current on trends and opportunities in the healthcare sector
- Organize career fairs, workshops, and other events to connect job seekers with potential employers
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and track progress towards career goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, human resources, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in career counseling, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector, including job roles, trends, and certification requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
