We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Operations Program Manager to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing catering operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, staffing, and budget management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability of catering services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Lead a team of catering staff and provide training and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering services for events and meetings
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in catering operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing catering programs and delivering high-quality services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering management software
