We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cell Culture Technician to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in cell culture techniques and a strong background in biology or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cell cultures for experiments and maintain cell lines in optimal conditions
- Perform cell culture experiments and assays according to established protocols
- Monitor cell growth and viability, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results
- Assist in the development of new cell culture techniques and protocols
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in cell culture techniques
- Knowledge of sterile techniques and aseptic procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Real Estate industry is a plus
