We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cell Culture Technician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Cell Culture Technician, you will be responsible for the production, maintenance, and quality control of cell cultures used in pharmaceutical research and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cell culture techniques including cell line maintenance, cell banking, and cell expansion.
- Prepare media, reagents, and solutions required for cell culture experiments.
- Monitor and maintain cell cultures to ensure optimal growth and viability.
- Perform quality control tests to assess cell culture purity, viability, and consistency.
- Maintain accurate records of cell culture experiments and results.
- Assist in the development and optimization of cell culture protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to support ongoing research projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in cell culture techniques in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and sterile cell culture practices.
- Experience with cell culture equipment and instruments.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
