We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations within our real estate company, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the preparation of meals for residents, guests, and staff
- Create new and innovative menu items that cater to a variety of dietary restrictions and preferences
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high quality and consistent dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering and special events
- Stay up-to-date on current food trends and industry best practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef, with a minimum of 3-8 years of experience
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
