We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to join our team in an educational setting in Ras Al Khaimah. The Catering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the catering operations, including menu planning, budgeting, staff management, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement catering menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of students, faculty, and staff
- Plan and execute catering events, including meetings, conferences, and special events
- Monitor and manage catering budgets to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness
- Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff, including chefs, servers, and event coordinators
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote catering services within the educational institution
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in catering and food service management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in catering or food service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of menu planning, food cost control, and inventory management
- Familiarity with local food safety regulations and dietary requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
