We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Catering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the catering operations within our retail establishment. This individual will be tasked with ensuring the seamless planning, execution, and delivery of catering services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement catering strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Manage and oversee all catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their catering needs and exceed their expectations
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Train and supervise catering staff to deliver high-quality service and uphold brand standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and pricing to maximize profitability
- Monitor and analyze catering sales and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote catering services and drive customer engagement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
