We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering operations, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate catering events, from small meetings to large corporate functions
- Develop menus and pricing strategies in line with client preferences and budget constraints
- Manage food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies as needed
- Supervise catering staff, providing training and guidance as necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Evaluate the success of catering events and implement improvements as needed
- Manage catering budgets and financial performance, tracking expenses and revenue

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing catering events
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
