We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic Information Technology company based in Dubai. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights to the executive team
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Lead the accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders
- Evaluate and recommend financial investments and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
