We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization and will play a key role in strategic decision-making to drive the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team and board of directors
- Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators to senior management
- Lead the finance team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and investors
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
- Evaluate and recommend financial investments and strategies
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Drive financial analysis and decision-making to support strategic initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
- [X] years of experience in a senior financial management role
- Proven track record of success in a telecommunications or related industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software
