Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Medical Operations Officer to join our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The Chief Medical Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing all medical operations within the company, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement medical policies and procedures in line with industry regulations and best practices
- Oversee the medical operations team, including physicians, pharmacists, and medical staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective delivery of medical services
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of medical care provided by the company
- Lead the development and implementation of medical training programs for staff
- Manage relationships with medical suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to drive innovation and continuous improvement in medical operations

Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior medical management role
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and implementing successful medical programs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
