We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Medical Operations Officer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Energy sector. As the Chief Medical Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all medical operations within the company, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, and leading a team of medical professionals to provide quality healthcare services to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the medical operations department in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of medical facilities, including clinics and hospitals, to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and HSE, to promote employee health and safety initiatives.
- Manage budget and resources for medical operations, including equipment and supplies procurement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to healthcare services.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve the effectiveness of medical operations.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare management to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Medical degree and valid license to practice medicine in UAE.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare management or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing medical operations in a complex environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in UAE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
