We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Medical Operations Officer to join our prestigious educational institution based in Dubai, UAE. The Chief Medical Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing all medical operations within the organization, ensuring the highest standards of healthcare delivery to students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement medical policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with local regulations and best practices.
- Manage and supervise all medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical department, including patient care, emergency response, and health promotion initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of healthcare services across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of medical services provided, and implement continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
- Develop and manage the medical budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of care without compromising quality.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in medical technology, and make recommendations for adopting new practices or equipment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all medical emergencies and incidents, providing leadership and direction to the medical team.

Requirements:
- Medical degree from a recognized institution, with a valid license to practice in Dubai.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong understanding of local healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving performance.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
- Proficiency in English, with knowledge of Arabic being an advantage.
