We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Processor to join our team in Dubai. As a Claims Processor, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims related to consumer goods. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze claims submitted by customers or vendors
- Verify claim information and supporting documents
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with claims
- Process approved claims in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding claim status and resolution
- Maintain accurate records of all claims processed
- Identify trends or patterns in claims data and provide recommendations for process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- [Random] years of experience in claims processing or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Knowledge of consumer goods industry is a plus
