Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing client operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a blend of operational expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Understand clients' needs and expectations, advocating for their interests within the organization.

2. Program Management:
- Lead and manage various client-focused programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

3. Operational Excellence:
- Identify areas for process improvement within client operations and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including sales, marketing, clinical operations, and IT to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and alignment on objectives.

5. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all client operations adhere to relevant healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of compliance.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, adjusting operational strategies as necessary.

6. Training and Development:
- Mentor and train team members on operational processes and client management best practices.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

7. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on program status, performance metrics, and client satisfaction to senior management.
- Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement within client operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in client operations, project management, or program management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations in the UAE.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in project management tools and software; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
