Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical sector. This position will be based in Dubai and will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction through effective management of operational processes and programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in client operations and project management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven ability to drive efficiency and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction enhancements.

2. Program Development and Oversight:
- Lead the development and implementation of client-focused operational programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor program performance and effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of client programs.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among departments to achieve operational excellence.

4. Project Management:
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on project status.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on program outcomes and client feedback.

6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all client operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high service standards.

7. Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal staff on client operations best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in client operations or program management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering operational excellence.
- Strong project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
