We are seeking a dynamic and driven College Recruiter to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Transportation and Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and a passion for connecting with college students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract college students and recent graduates for various roles within the Transportation and Logistics industry

- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports to track progress and measure success
