Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven College Recruiter to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent from colleges and universities in the region. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with academic institutions, students, and key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract graduates for various roles in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking sessions to promote job opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with college career services, faculty, and student organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Conduct informational sessions and workshops to educate students about career opportunities in healthcare.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with organizational needs and culture.
- Provide candidates with information regarding the organization, job roles, and career advancement opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in college recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the qualifications required for various roles within the sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, faculty, and hiring managers.
- Proven ability to build relationships and network with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
