We are seeking a College Recruiter to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services sector. This individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent from universities and colleges to meet the staffing needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement college recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the financial services industry.
- Build relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to promote our organization as a preferred employer.
- Coordinate and attend career fairs, information sessions, and other recruiting events to engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations based on organizational needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop recruiting plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting records and reports to track candidate progress and measure recruiting effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top talent from universities and colleges.
