We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Development Manager to join our healthcare team in Dubai. As the Community Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with the local community, build partnerships, and enhance the overall health and wellness of individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community outreach programs to promote healthcare services and resources
- Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders
- Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and educational sessions to raise awareness about healthcare issues
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and professionals to address community health needs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community development initiatives
- Develop and manage budgets for community development projects
- Represent the organization at community events and meetings

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Development, Healthcare Management, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in community development or healthcare management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and community resources in Dubai
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
