We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Concierge Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of concierge professionals and providing exceptional service to high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the concierge team, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and exceed customer expectations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise concierge staff to ensure they are knowledgeable, professional, and provide top-notch service.
- Manage the concierge budget, including staffing, training, and operational expenses.
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate services and meet the needs of clients.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the availability of high-quality services and amenities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in concierge services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
