Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concierge Manager to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications sector in Abu Dhabi. The Concierge Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service to our clients. This position requires a blend of customer service excellence, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the concierge team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
- Customer Service Excellence: Develop and implement customer service standards and protocols, ensuring that all team members deliver a consistently high level of service to clients and stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
- Service Coordination: Oversee the coordination of services provided to clients, ranging from technical support to billing inquiries, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and implement necessary changes to enhance customer experience.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the concierge team, preparing regular reports to assess team performance and service quality.
- Training and Development: Design and conduct training programs for concierge staff to improve skills and knowledge about telecommunications products and services.
- Crisis Management: Act as the point of escalation for any customer-related issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to promote a cohesive service environment.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring that our concierge services remain competitive and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or concierge role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
