We are seeking an experienced Concierge Manager to join our healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. As the Concierge Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the concierge team and ensuring a high level of customer service for our patients and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the concierge desk, including scheduling, training, and performance management of staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the concierge services.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination for patient needs.
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the healthcare facility, services offered, and local amenities to assist patients and visitors.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience and satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in concierge services, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
